We ship both to South African and international addresses.<\/li>\n<li>All orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days of payment having cleared.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping address.<\/li>\n<li>If you live in a main city center, your order should take between 2-5 days.<\/li>\n<li>If you live in a remote area, it could take up to 5 days.<\/li>\n<li>Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to get a more exact estimate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHIPPING | COURIER COSTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Within South Africa:<\/strong> Shipping to an address within South Africa is free for orders of R499,00 or more. If a coupon is applied and the discounted amount falls below R499.00, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of R125.00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outside South Africa:<\/strong> For orders outside South Africa, or for orders less than R499,00, our system will offer you the appropriate charge based on your delivery address supplied during the checkout process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTERNATIONAL ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>International customers, please note that you may have to pay customs duties when your order arrives in your country.\u00a0This is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible if you need to pay customs duties to receive your parcel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"dashed\">\n<li>Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery.<\/li>\n<li>In order for us to prove that the delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.<\/li>\n<li>All our deliveries are sent with a tracking number.<\/li>\n<li>Please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:sales@aloeunique.com\">sales@aloeunique.com <\/a>if you want to know the status of your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are welcome to return any purchase within seven days of receiving it.
